We’re a society that loves to watch little kids sing and dance and just be generally adorable. Just ask Ellen DeGeneres. She’ll tell you.
So, as the internet would have it, here’s yet another cute kid singing a song from a Disney movie. But Claire Ryann isn’t just a cute face (though she definitely has one). The three-year-old also has a set of pipes on her, and she takes a song from Tangled to church.
In the most enchanting scene from the movie, Rapunzel and Flynn are in a rowboat with lanterns floating all around them, and the song they sing, “I See The Light,” is arguably the most beautiful. Maybe of any Disney tune.
So it’s perfect that Claire, dressed as Rapunzel (complete with a flower crown!) and her dad, who makes for quite the dapper Flynn Rider, chose that song for their own stunning rendition.
And it’s not just their gorgeous singing voices (really, this kid can sing and they’re both pitch perfect) that make this something special; according to their YouTube video, Daddy and Daughter recorded it at The Lantern Fest in Salt Lake City, Utah, so it’s basically magic all around. They even had their own little Pascal, making this nothing short of perfect. Sorry, Rapunzel and Flynn, but the Ryanns have stolen our Disney-loving hearts.
