The Holderness Family are known for their parody videos about marriage and family, and their latest one — to the tune of Justin Bieber‘s “Sorry” —  will hit home for many: the big 4-0. More specifically, what happens to parents after they turn 40.

For those of you already there, you can totally relate. For those of you almost there, consider this a warning as to what life has in store for you. Because while many consider 40 the new 30, when it comes to parenting it sometimes feels centuries decades older.

Yes, the Holdernesses couldn’t be more on the money, about getting sleepy earlier, still dancing the same moves we busted in the ’90s, and being generally uncool. But the best part? WE DON’T CARE! That’s right — irony. We’re not sorry!

The lyrcs are relatable AF, like,

“Went to a club ’cause we wanted to try and get crazy,
Sitter asks us ‘Why are you going out at 5:30?'”

And

“When we got there, there were only three people in the whole place,
Sun was still out and the TV was still playing Nancy Grace,
So for an hour we all danced to Hammer and Rob Base,
Until nine, when they played all the new stuff.”

But it’s the chorus we love most.

“Well it’s too late now ’cause I’m 40.
I can’t do those things with my body.
Yes, it’s too late now ’cause I’m 40
And I wish that I could just break it down
But it’s too late ’cause I’m 40 now…

OK, the truth hurts, just a little.
