We’ve seen some themed weddings in our time. From Mario Bros. to Disney and beyond, people can get really creative when it comes to their nuptials.
But when it comes to tying the knot on classy — not kitschy — wedding themes, this Harry Potter inspired shindig celebrating Cassie-Leigh and Lewis Byron pretty much takes the Triwizard Tournament of weddings.
From the beautiful Hogwarts-inspired venue to the smallest touches of snitches and wands, we think J.K. Rowling herself would approve.
Check out these photos by wedding photographer Kelly Clark and prepare to be spellbound:
This wedding will blow your Harry Potter-loving broomsticks off
Welcome to HogwartsUm, the only things missing here are the moving stairs and talking portraits. Otherwise? We keep expecting some of the house ghosts to pop up in this pic. Facebook
Sorry SiriusThe prisoners of Azkaban have nothing on Cassie-Leigh and Lewis. Although we're pretty sure not even Dementors could ruin this special day. Facebook
Crafted WandsEvery guest got to walk away with their very own custom made wand. We wonder though, if the guest chose the wand, or if it was really the other way around. Facebook
Taking a Page from the BookIt wasn't just recreated touches that gave this wedding flair -- actual book pages adorned the tables. Facebook
The Sorting HatOkay so there might not have been a sorting hat per se, but each table was also cleverly arranged into "houses." Main family at Gryffindor only, please!Facebook
Golden SnitchesHey, they belong in your mouth (where they "open at the close") anyhow. Right, Harry?Facebook
A Magical CakeEven the details on this cake were magical. How does one even begin to eat it?Facebook
The ToppersWe love this couple even more for picking Voldemort and Bellatrix as their toppers and not Harry and Ginny or Ron and Hermione. Especially since this suits the couple much, much more. Facebook
Open BarEven the bar was full of polyjuice potion, mermaids tears and more. But where's the Butterbeer? Facebook
A Map to the HeartWho needs a Marauder's Map when you've got true love guiding the way?Facebook
Little TrinketsThe dress may not have been super Potter-esque, but the bride certainly spent a lot of time on the finishing touches. Facebook
The Chamber of SecretsSuch as this custom garter belt...Facebook
Forget FloralAnd this beautiful bouquet, which was actually made up of actual pages from the books. Facebook
A Step UpOur absolutely favourite though is these shoes. Pretty, perhaps not so functional but absolutely perfect. We just wonder if they're safe to fly on a Firebolt or Nimbus 2000. Facebook
