Just in case we needed a reminder about how giant Taylor Swift‘s heart is, we got a pretty good idea this week.
The pop star has donated $50,000 to her backup dancer Toshi’s 13-month-old nephew named Ayden, who is currently battling cancer.
T-Swift made the generous donation on the GoFundMe site that was set up for little Ayden, and left a sweet message that read:
“Baby Ayden, I’m lucky enough to perform with your uncle Toshi on tour. All of us are praying for you and your mama and sending so much love your way. Love, Taylor.”
Taylor’s donation doubled the initial fundraising goal of $20,000, money that is necessary to help treat Ayden since his mom lost her job to be by his side.
Toshi made an Instagram post of Taylor’s generous donation with a heartwarming message of gratitude.
So I get off the plane in Toronto and this is the 1st thing I see… @taylorswift is an angel and My family and I can’t thank her enough… She is such an incredible human being… This will help Lil Toshi in this time of need… Let’s pray for him to beat this… This unexpected gift is truly a blessing… 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 #helpbabyAydenbeatcancer #fuckcancer #cancer #gofundme #taylorswift #greatestbossintheworld #amazinghuman #blessing #angel #nephew #lilToshi #live #life #love
Earlier this summer, Taylor also donated $50,000 to 11-year-old named Naomi Harris who is battling leukemia.
T-Swift really is the best.
