Synonymous with breakfast, the mug is a beacon in the morning. Usually the first thing we think to put in there is, of course, our caffeinated beverages, whatever they may be.

Who knew that you can very easily create small, quick meals in there too? The good folks at BuzzFeed have put together three stupidly simple recipes for quick breakfasts, perfect for when you’re on the go.
