It’s pretty much the first thing you do when you’re out to eat at a sushi restaurant: after taking a seat and perusing the menu, you bust out the chopsticks.
Wrapped in that long white paper, chopsticks are usually unceremoniously opened up, split apart, and then set on the side of the plate by most sushi eaters. No more of that, guys, that’s amateur hour.
