Tell us what you want, what you really, really want. Do you want the Spice Girls to reunite and make all your dreams come true? Do you want to slam your body down and wind it all around? Do you really, really, really wanna zig-a-zig ha? Or do you wanna hear a couple hip-hop tracks Victoria Beckham made back in her post-Posh days, when Vic was concentrating on her solo career?

Some wonderful person leaked the demo of Victoria’s “That Dude” online and while it’s not bad, it’s definitely not great. She sounds a little like JLo actually. Which is not a bad thing. If your name is JLo.

Post-Spice Girls Beckham was clearly leaning toward a more urban sound so she hooked up with producer pal Damon Dash (he of Roc-a-Fella Records fame). Who better than Jay-Z’s former partner to collaborate on the R&B-influenced album-that-never-was, Come Together? “That Dude” was part of it but never ended up getting released. But you know what did? “It’s That Simple” featuring M.O.P., which premiered on radio stations in July 2003 to little fanfare.

Also this little bit of magic:

Eek, stop right now, thank you very much. Vic’s solo career was a fail, even when she reverted back to pop, but hey, she gave it her all. We think. Honestly, we couldn’t tell since she’s not exactly spitting out those mad rhymes with any sort of grit. Thankfully, she took her career in a more fashionable direction and hasn’t looked back since.
