Working in the beautiful, picturesque, coastal city of San Diego has it perks. What with its year-round mild, sunny climate, one is able to finish up work and literally walk to the beach practically every day. Heaven, right? But, of course, there’s a catch. There’s always a catch, as one worker bee (pun intended) found out, while on the job.

Fox 5 San Diego reporter Brad Wills spends his days happily letting San Diegans know how great the weather’s going to be (AKA perfect every damn day), but on one particularly hot, sticky day something rattled him. And by “something” we mean a big, fat, black bug with wings.

Yeah, not so happy you live in San Diego now, huh buddy? To be fair, we’d freak the hell out too if that massive thing flew directly towards our face. Luckily us Canadians only experience the joys of standing in sweltering heat for a couple months out of 12.

Thanks for the laugh, Mr. Weather Man. We’ll look back at this video fondly when we’re freezing our butts off in -30 degree weather.
