You’re going to want to master the art of sword fighting (or fake sword fighting) after watching this behind-the-scenes clip of Brienne of Tarth (Gwendoline Christie) and Arya Stark (Maisie Williams). The actors and their stunt doubles looked like total bosses on screen in episode four of season seven earlier this summer as they trained in Arya’s home of Winterfell. It was awesome when it aired, it was awesome when the Internet added in lightsabers later, and it turns out the bts footage is also hella awesome.

GoT has a series on YouTube called Games Revealed where it peels back the curtain, giving fans a glimpse into the magic behind each episode. It’s a cool concept that fans are gobbling up, and this latest installment where Brienne and Arya train for their fight scene is one of the best so far.

It’s impressive to watch the women do their choreographed dance out of costume, it makes you realize how much practice and skill is involved. Check out how Williams flips her dagger over Christie’s arm! Badass. Youtube thinks so too.

“Wow. I thought that was CGI but Maisie actually did the knife flip!” Youtube user GeekFurious writes. Another user, Natura Rex, echoes that sentiment: “Damn that knife swap she does, I genuinely thought they used a stunt double or cgi or something cus that shit was smooooth. ”

Making the scene even more compelling is the David vs. Goliath thing going on–as Williams points out in the video, Christie stands at least a foot taller than her with a much longer stride. Still, the two obviously clicked, as did the talented stunt double. It looks like they’re having a blast!

The mood of the YouTube short might be lighter than most actual GoT scenes, but until the final season launches, it’s all you’ll get. Winter is coming, but not for a couple years. Might as well Subscribe.
