This entire fashion line looks like it’s straight out of the Capitol in The Hunger Games. These dresses are from the Iris van Herpen Seijaku and Lucid collections and they are the most bizarre/beautiful clothes we’ve ever seen. From a dress that looks like it’s made of bubbles to ones with spirals that defy the laws of physics, we just can’t look away. How can fabric look completely organic and completely manufactured at the same time? Somehow this does and our minds are blown.

The collection was even made with futuristic technology. Van Herpen is known for ‘fusing technology with handcraft’ and even used a 3D printer to create elements of some of the dresses. We honestly feel like Effie Trinket should be strutting around in these ensembles. We can’t imagine where it would be acceptable to wear one of these, but we would love to give it a try.
