Jessica Biel has been working on opening a kid-friendly restaurant for months, maybe even years, even before the birth of her and Justin Timberlake’s son Silas. Well, it finally opened and if you were expecting Chuck E. Cheese or Olive Garden or Jack Astor’s, think again. This is basically a pint-sized version of those A-list restaurants that you and your spouse can’t get reservations for until six months from now.

House and Home calls Au Fudge a “haute Hollywood eatery-meets-playhouse,” what with the art studio and treehouse and secret doors and beautiful bookcases. It’s like every whimsical children’s book-turned-family movie come to life.

But let’s not forget the most important thing: the food. Hmm, where to begin?

How ’bout a little sticky toffee pudding in a date cupcake topped with ice cream?

Or what about a not-so-little ice cream sammich?

Nighty night 🙂 #AuFudge #aufudgefoods #aufudgedesserts #icecreamsammich

If you’re looking for something savoury that the kiddies will like, there are mini grilled cheese sandwiches.

And for the big kiddies, carbonara is divine.

Bonus? There’s also has a great cocktail menu so if it’s getting a little loud, we’re sure everyone in your party will understand.

Au Fudge is only in L.A. but we can see a location pop up in Canada. Hey, if the Wahlbergs can do it…
