The Cambridges in all their glory

Queen Elizabeth‘s 90th birthday may have been in April but the Trooping the Colour, which took place this weekend, marks the Queen’s official bday. Because any reason to celebrate, right? There’s the annual parade, the royal procession, and the RAF fly-past featuring all kinds of military aircraft, which all the royals watch from the Palace’s balcony.

The Queen wore neon green, which should’ve been enough to grab everyone’s attention, but somebody still managed to steal her thunder. Without even trying, which makes it that much more impressive.

Princess Charlotte, along with big brother Prince George, joined their parents on the balcony. Charlotte wore a pale pink dress, matching bow and booties while Kate held her for her first Trooping the Colour. The 13-month-old was more than happy to give a little wave and all together now, let’s swoon.

Wait. Let’s get a little closer, shall we?

Stop it.

George, who turns 3 next month, is a big boy and didn’t need a lift. Rather, he stood at the front of the balcony next to William and looked to be having a great time with Mum and Dad.

And didn’t mind freaking out his parents and great-grandmum a little while he was at it.

Joining the Cambridges, the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh, were Prince Charles, the Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.

Trooping the Colour is one of the most anticipated events in the British royal calendar and almost coincided with another special birthday: that of Prince Philip, who turned 95 on Friday. Happy belated!

Grey’s Anatomy‘s Cristina and Owen reunited and it felt so damn good

Grey’s already gave us the wedding we were all waiting for, and now, on top of that, we got the IRL reunion we’ve always wanted. That’s right, just because Sandra Oh left the series doesn’t mean she’s not still in touch with her former TV husband, Kevin McKidd.

She McKidds kids, of course. Sandra is totally fine with sharing Owen, er, we mean Kevin — especially with Caterina Scorsone, a fellow Canadian.

Um, but can’t we be that Canadian?

Gigi sends Zayn a sweet message after he cancels a show due to anxiety

Zayn Malik cancelled his Saturday show in London, explaining via Twitter that he is currently experiencing “the worst anxiety of my career” as the “anxiety that has haunted me throughout the last few months around live performances has gotten the better of me.” He could’ve easily just cancelled, making up all kinds of excuses, but Zayn was brutally honest about what he was going through, that he hated disappointing his fans, and hoped they would understand.

So leave it to Gigi Hadid to send him a sweet message, fully supporting Zayn’s decision to call off the show.

Whether they’re together or not (pfft, totally together), it’s clear there’s a lot of love and support there. Well done. Both of you.

Adele fires back after criticism of her voice

We think it’s safe to say that Adele is not to be trifled with. But David Bowie‘s producer, Tony Visconti, did it anyway, suggesting to The Daily Star that Adele’s voice could have been “manipulated” to sound better.

“You turn the radio on and it’s fluff, you are listening to 90 per cent computerized voices,” he said. “We know Adele has a great voice but it’s even questionable if that is actually her voice or how much has been manipulated. We don’t know.”

He also called right now the “worst time ever in the music industry,” which we’re sure only compounded things for Adele, who was happy to respond to Visconti’s criticism.

“Some d*ckhead tried to say that my voice was not me on record,” Adele said during a recent performance. “Dude, suck my d*ck.”

Yeah, probably not a good idea to mess with Adele. She’ll go unfiltered on your a**.
