Sesame Street is at it again, folks. Just when you thought the people and puppeteers behind the long-running children’s series couldn’t make your day any brighter, they went ahead and did exactly that. With a new Game of Thrones parody that will almost (almost!) tide you over until Sunday’s big Season 5 return on HBO Canada.

The nearly six-minute Game of Chairs spoof has it all — a recreation of the famous TV series opening, puppets that look exactly like some of the show’s characters, and Grover as  “Grover Bluejoy,” a take on the Theon Greyjoy character.

“The monster is blue and full of errors,” a Melisandre-inspired puppet declares when Grover is unable to properly explain the game, which is pretty much a fancier version of musical chairs.

Of course there are other learning tools in this “Jestros” universe too, such as counting and subtraction.

For adults, it’s fun to see Sesame‘s take on all of our favourite (and love-to-hate) characters. Watch for a special appearance by “Choffrey” and the “Mommy of dragons” in the clip below:

Game of Thrones returns Sunday, April 12 at 9 p.m. on HBO Canada.
