Prince William, Duchess Kate and Prince Harry joined forces to launch their biggest campaign to date. Their goal? To end the stigma that surrounds mental health. They’ve used their Royal Foundation to set up Heads Together, which brings together eight of England’s leading mental health charities.

The trio arrived to kick off the event in London’s Olympic Park Monday morning, where all three of them boxed with the folks at mental health charity Mind, which runs sports sessions like Boxercise classes. Harry and Will were naturals …

… while Kate laughed off her punches.

Harry also played mental health Jenga with the charity, Young Minds, Kate checked out the Baby Buddy app, which helps support parents through pregnancy and beyond, while William hung out in the CALM zone.

The three also made their first-ever joint speech, addressing the audience about what they hope Heads Together will achieve — basically a support system and sense of normalcy for those dealing with mental health issues.

The Cambridges and Harry are arguably the most high-profile campaigners for mental health; here’s hoping we see the stigma surrounding it gets its lights punched out and people will no longer be afraid to ask for help and support — all around the world.
