Calling all Game of Thrones fans in and around The 6ix. Cooper’s CSA Farm in Uxbridge has your Saturday plans. Heck, even if you’re not in the GTA, this epic corn maze just might be worth the trip!
For 11 years, the Cooper family farmers have been turning their ten-acre corn field into an epic themed maze. This year’s theme is, well, you read the headline…it’s why you’re here.
Enter one of the Game of Thrones‘ themed maze’s three separate parts (two for adults and one for kids) and search for the centre. And when you get lost along the way, just use your GOT knowledge to answer one of the posted multiple choice trivia questions and earn a directional tip. Or, if you’re more clueless than Jon Snow–geez, you really do know nothing–feel free to ask one of the Corn Cops who patrol the maze (maize?) looking for lost wildlings and helping them along the way.
Each year the maze makers create a new pattern, so all those notes you took last year will be no good. Past years’ themes include the Toronto Blue Jays, the Toronto Maple Leafs, Ghostbusters, Heart and Stroke, local food and more.
Once you and your brood of little White Walkers have conquered the maze, take a wander through the pumpkin patch.
The Cooper’s CSA Farm and Maze is open from 10am to 10pm on Saturdays throughout October, with a $9 admission for everyone over the age of three. Leave the direwolf at home, though, because pets aren’t welcome.
