During the pandemic, many small restaurants have had to adapt to keep their doors open amid restrictions and lockdowns. One of those restaurants is Osteria Gente in Woodbridge, Ontario, which opened just two months before the pandemic hit. Your Morning chatted with the owner, chef Antonio Di Tuccio, about how the last nine months have been for him and his restaurant.
