The smell of crispy fried bacon wafts gently through the air and, if you’re not mistaken, those are soft-boiled eggs with beautiful yellow yolk floating around your head…
WAKE UP! Turns out those were just visions you were having. Now you’re awake and craving some bacon with a side of eggs. Unfortunately, you don’t really have time or the patience to pull out that greasy frying pan. You still have to get the kids up, iron your work clothes and brew that essential cup of coffee that’ll make you feel like a human again.
But, what if we told you that you could practically cook your breakfast while getting ready for the day? Yep, it’s true.
To make this mouth-watering breakfast you’ll need:
- An iron
- Tin foil
- A coffee maker
First, let’s get those eggs out of the way:
1. Place the eggs inside the coffee pot.
Now, bring on the bacon!
4. Be sure to leave half an inch of space around the sides of the foil. (We’re going to use that to make a bacon envelope. Mmm.)
5. Next, Fold the aluminium foil into a neat little package and seal it up.
6. Flip it over and start ironing your bacon for six to eight minutes.
OK, eight minutes have passed. Your breakfast should be ready. It’s time for the bacon-and-eggs big reveal.
And, let’s not neglect those eggs.
It’s magical. It’s stunning. It’s all waiting to be eaten. Right. Now.
So remember, the next time you’re in a rush, grab your multi-purpose iron and a coffee maker and get to cooking. Enjoy!
