Your Facebook News Feed is full of so much crap. Admit it.

You have the wannabe foodie guy who posts photos of every (terrible) meal he’s about to consume. Then there’s the annoying couple who continuously post on each other’s Facebook walls even though they’re obviously in the same room. Or the TMI guy who tells every single too-personal story. And how could you forget about that coworker who just can’t seem to stop humble-bragging about their genius two-year-old? Yeah, these horrible people populate our News Feeds too. And now, finally, that’s all about to change.

Facebook is (surprisingly) loosening its tight grip and allowing users to choose who they want and don’t want to see on their News Feed. Unfollowing people (without them knowing) just got a whole lot easier. Hallelujah!

The update has already been rolled out on iOS, and Facebook says it’ll be available on Android and desktop in a few weeks.

So, if you’re fortunate enough to have an iPhone, here’s how to access your News Feed Preferences right now!

1. Open your Facebook app (easy).
2. Tap More in the bottom right hand corner.
3. Scroll down to Settings and click News Feed Preferences.
4. Unfollow and follow whoever you want ’cause you’re perfect.

You deserve it after all these years of suffering.
