What you need
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- coffee grinder
What you do
- Place almonds into a coffee grinder and grind until they’ve become a fine powder.
- Repeat with rolled oats.
- Pour ground almonds and oats into a container.
- When ready to use, take single handful of the mixture and add water until it forms a paste.
- Rub into skin to gently buff and wash off with warm water.
